Caffe latte

>> 20090128

I have a dream. To have a real coffee machine in the kitchen. A real one. I mean one which stores the coffee seeds in a little container and grinds them as needed.

I drink caffe latte most of the time but I have my own ways of having them.

In the morning I like to have a small mug (3dl) of coffee. I drink it with one sugar (but as it comes from a shaker it is closer to a half of a cube). Long coffee and the rest is the milk. The taste is vital. In the office there is a reasonable place for it but actually I think their coffee is quite low quality.

In the daytime at around 2pm I'm fond of having the 2nd one. Now it depends on my mood and free time. If I'm more relaxed and have a bit more time then I like to have a coffe in a larger mug (4dl) but still: long coffee and the rest is milk and foam. And one sugar.

Nowadays I'm having those '3in1's at home but also I got a little coffee maker. But it is not even comparable with a real good quality black.

As I(we) have a bigger kitchen now, I already see the place for the machine. It'll be right in the corner. When I afford to buy a good machine I'll have splendid homemade coffee for sure each weekend for myself and for guests...

I have tesco quality coffee machine at home, so I use it mainly for guests. :) Fortunately my office is like 200 m from apartment, so I always can reach the coffee machines which can make real coffee for free. :) I have large starbucks mug, it's probably half a liter. :) Our machines do latter with vapour and stuff, so they are pretty fancy so to say. Anyway man, it seems to me you do not drink so much coffee after all. I usually have like 5-6 coffees a day. :)
