Spinning

It is just high time to get back and do some exercises. For that an ex-collague helped me out with an spinning pass for 10 occasions to Lurdy’s fittness studio. I’ve never been there but with Ági I’m gonna try it tomorrow.
Also I’ve checked out my ultimate favourite spinning place: Material Center’s fittness (the former A1 Wellness which was closed down in Spetember or so). I happily discovered that passes are on sale there and so I’m thinkign of getting back there for 7 grants per month. If this sale would go on till like March could be enough to me.
Abs is not easily reached by spinning but at least loosing fat would be on it’s way. Right now I’m somewhere above a good 100kg. Let’s say 106. (There’s much muscle so it isn’t that bad, but…) The dream goal would be 88kg. But for that I think I already have too much muscles which I’M not willing to get down. I’m also 188 cm tall so maybe 92 would make me happy now. That gives us (me) a 14 kg to loose. Okay… not the easy part will be to go down to 98. It’ll be done by the end of February maybe, the beginning of March. But then almost no move. So for replanning meals I must make an excel table to follow my trends. Actually it is working already a bit! By me cooking at home and preparing breakfast instead comming hungry int he office, I’m able to use my belt a hole closer to the goal. ;)
But this should not be about meals and diet yet.
I wanna just write about spinning. I doN’t know if u ever tried or not but to me one of the only sports I can afford (not by cost but by energy and monotony). I am so much a fan of this sport that I already trying to go to those events when u can do cycling for hours with a hundred or more others on either A38 (the boa tat the riverside) or ont he rooftops of Eurocenter.
I especially like those classes when I can trully flow with the music. It happens often of course as I visit classes with music I like. Int he former A1 (in Material) Petra and Péter was the top. Petra has a kind of stylish funky and mood music. While Peter offers heavier songs from Metallica to Depeche Mode. Both of them holds great classes so I can offer them warmly to anyone interested.
To be honest I gotta make a comment about Márti as well whom I found professional too but her music was not my cup of tea with too much house and electrical ’chill out’. But not the chill out I love but… mainstream chill out let’s say. But her class was great as well to be honest.
And to complete the row, there was another guy there, int he other A1 (at Óbada Gate), Gergő, who had hard classes with good music, and the atmosphere there was also high…
So that’s about the trainers.
I’m not sure how much one could possibly know about Spinning. But it is actually not as bad as it looks like. Basicly you cycle as the trainer tells u switching btween three different positions. The difficulty is up to you and the speed is various. The real strength of this sport is the team spirit and yourself alone as well. When you would give up just look around and see that everyone else is pushing the limits. That fills you up with just enough energy that helps you though the rough time. And the rhythm and monotony can open your mind as well. I can think the clearest usually when I’m on these classes. And finishing one seems equal to a good nap after a long day.
Hope tomorrow class will be great after this long pause I had. I’ll be able to get through it but the music is essential.. esp as it is a new place to me.
I’ll report back once I’ve done it.
Have a nice weekend, you all!
