What a Friday evening cannot solve a grand weekend can...
Last Friday L's friends popped over for a due dinner.
Their regular get-together happens every once in a while where they are only the four of them... as it turned out.
I mean they were surprised for me being present at the occasion but I actually had no other plan for that evening.
Frustration and conflict in the backgrounds and blaming took the night.
Long conversations were again on the list and then Saturday mornign we were on the road for a two days off to Cserhát to a friend's weekend house with some collagues/excollagues and L.
There was also another conflict opening as i felt among the others and all the signes were pointing at a terrible weekend.
And then we were facing a wonderful time.
In spite of the Friday night and the unlucky morning of Saturday we spent the two days in the mountains and we saw mufflons and deers and also we tried to organise a karaoke party but then we couldn1t plug in the device (playstation vs an etraorinarily old tv)...

Had a little trip to Szécsény to the castle there and the main point: had lots of great conversations with all these people I like...
Sunday evening we were then watching Earth... I'll let u know about it too... it should be highlighted also later.
Cheers!

Yesterday went shopping with a collague for the upcomming customer party on Thursday. It's gona be a theme party for the 70's and 80's... got the clothes but the glasses and a wig could be still well used.
I'm planning to go there with Alaszka starting from my place where she will help me paint my face a special beard and we would get a drink there already and practice the moves. ;)
Must get used to the music as well. :) Will be fun!

Last night we went to Balassagyarmat as L had work to do there.
We're supposed to take two hours or so but then it took almost 4 hrs.
We left half past 8 and got there a bit late as it was dark already and after the highway there were quite a lot of deers on the roadsides. So we had to be careful.
And then at the destination L needed almost half an hour instead of 15 min so I just stayed in the car waiting.
When we finally left back home after like twenty minutes we realized that L left a mobile back there so we turned back.
Gosh took so long and still it was snowing big time.
When we got the phone back and wanted to leave, a broken car pulled over and asked for help. So we gave.
The man needed a lifter to change the flat tire he had and it took another half an hour.
Geee... what else could have come?
Finally after eleven we started home again finally but almost fell asleep. Deers, snow, dark, slippery road... was fun...
But then we made it and got to bed at half past one only...
Don't want another day like that...

The painter has arrived so I left the flat for he can get his work done...
And so I'm sitting in a nearby McDonalds and enjoying the music. Also: free Wi-Fi. Not unusual of course any more. My batteries can have another 2 hrs on before charging and I have the cables here but can't see a plug around.
Yesterday's company-outing was really nice. Had just enough time there but actually this was the really first time when I could feel I'm also part of this group. I mean I already have many friends in the office (from old times as well), but I always missed the work-outings and so I always had a conversation when I could not say anything abut... Most of the people liked these get-togethers. I just never had the right time to go there.
And yesterday I went on a spinning class but happened that I arrived sooner, so I actually attended two classes in a row. Was really nice.
Also a friend was there so we had a chat and got to the jakuzzi and the sauna... quite relaxing but there were too many people in the sauna and on the top of it: there was no warm water!!!
As I got home I felt no motivation to go out but at the end I made it! And having two beer and a club snadwich made enjoy the evening besides the funny conversation with collagues who actualy became a bit closer yesterday (I mean those with whom I was having a bit distance before).
Now than just had a little sleep and right after I woke up I was on my way to this McDonald's... just waiting the painter to finish... hope he woN't need more than an hour by now...

I had many caveats about these newer episodes. Esp after watching the cartoon in the cinema. I enjoyed it of course as it is Star Wars. But found it too far from me already.
I used to be a biggest fun of these series and by the time I've lost the contact with this wonderful world of the Star Wars universe.
Until this weekend...
...when I had a DVD with the new episodes (made for Cartoon Network by Lucasarts).
And omg!
It hit!
It really did.
I loved it. Of course I'm still in the middle of watching all the parts but finally I had this taste of sg good again about Star Wars...
Well it might not be the problem of the recent films I think... It just must be me... who got (as I said) too far from the topic.
And for now once more I'm right in the middle of it. Can't wait to get back to my old rpg books to read them through and to try to make a get-together with those friends I like to play it the most.
And on the other hand: I can't wait to see the next episode at home!

How further do we need to get?
We all know it.
We all see it.
We stay still. We are not even ready. We just stay still and take a longer breath than we usually do.
And why is that?
What else do we need to get to awake? How much longer do we want to stay calm?
Why are we accepting this destrucion all around us?
I know it'll be all right. I know I'll make it. I know we are strong and will survive and we will even prosper once more.
But it is only my optimism.
Now we are mourning for the lost souls and we sit shocked. We were shocked before... and we keep doing nothing.
And now we got here:
Marian Cozma got killed by stabbed in the heart.
Two fellow players were also seriously injured:
Zsarko Sesum was also stabbed by a knife on a kidney.
Ivan Pesics was kicked in the head suffering serious head injuries.
The attackers were gipsies. And there is a lot of problem going around the country. And if those who llive here won't face these probelms then we must be doomed. As these three young players. Cozma was only a year younger than me. Was a strong and successful player. And now we can't see him play any more.
The other two fellows were seriously hurt and even if they would be able to play once more, their carrier suffered huge backsteps as well.
I'm full with sadness and hatred.
And though I don't wanna put all these on the gipsies, but have no other choice.
We must wake up.
We must change first.
I'm changing already. And I'm willing to change a lot.
We just can't let this happen!
Where is the moral? Where is the justice? Why is this happening?
No more.
No more!!!
For all the victims of the attack on Saturday I feel great saddness and I'm grieving for Cozma. Rest in peace...

I'm safe.
...watching the smooth surface of the water inside. It's clean.
And there's no need to emphasise it even.
An old shadow is lingering round the corner...
...and will find me here happy
and calm.
I'm in love.
Made in Hungaria - 9

This is not going to be a field for film critics in the long run but I gotta let u all know that there is a second Hungarian made blockbuster in the movies nowadays.
Wow!
Great job! The last one was 'Valami amerika 2' which I somehow forgot to rate over here but sooner or later will do. And after that great piece of movie here is the next one.
The story of Miklós Fenyő followed by great Rock'n Roll music during the communist Hungaryof the 70's 60's (?) takes you back to those times showing not only how the life went on when someone lived in your house just because the gowerment decided to make a room for someone else just because your house is either too big for only have one family in it, or because you left the country before the communist era and so they started to use your house... Real stories mixed with a tale and all the music we used to listen when I was at Bday parties in the early 90's (before Dj bobo and Haddaway :) ) in the age of 11 and 12. :)
So.. anyhow... the Rock'n Roll lives and will ever live!
If you can, get a ticket and enjoy the flick asap!
It gets a strong 9 from me (on a scale of 1-10) ;)

When the Earth Stood Still - 2

So I've heard about it, and I knew it would be bad... but pls... this bad?:O
The original movie was a classic sci-fi from the 50's and this remake was supposed to be a blockbuster with Keanu Reeves in the headlines.
But besides he can't show any new faces but Neo's 'I'm still thinking if I'm the one' his partner also using only one gesture to mimic her worries.
So a complete failure. I do not recommend to anyone if only to see the big robot which is actually not bad.
Oh and the of course the truewhy of the movie is the reaction of the US Defense. Gee are we really that unstable and geek? It's like a whole bunch of football players who all know very well that their dick is smaller than a cigarette. They compensate and act as fools. I was almost crying... hurts a lot. :)
If I must really rate it (1-10) then i would give it a 2. One for remembering the original classic movie, and another for thespecial effects... (which are boring and placed dilettantely)
