When u have the chance have tour in Nógrád!

We did it last weekend and though it was quite a rush tour we made it to the Páris patak's valley which is a dead river bed among rocks and clifs.

It is not only amazing but it is full with those little rounded stones we are looking for to make our garden look neater :D

Of course we would not go back there with a showel to get them but were thinking on it :)

However we took a little plant home from those which are nto protected and look quite nice ( I think it is called a fern).

Before the valley  we visited Somoskő as well where there is a little HUNGARIAN village with a castle.

Too bad that Georges Clemenceau (wikipedia Hungarian or English version), when he was drawing the boarders of Hungary after WW I, somehow decided to give the castle itself to Slovakia... ???
There is nothing around the castle form the Slovakian side. Nothing.

Not even a village or a road.

But well done asshole! You made it.
Sorry...

Anyhow... the HUNGARIAN castle is just simply beautiful among the  hills and the forrest. Had a glass of beer, the others a cup of coffee and enjoyed the sunshine here:

And the valley... mmmm
